Cinnamon Roll Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

  • Cake: 1 ½ cup Milk, 8 tbsp Melted Butter, 2 large Eggs, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 1 cup Granulated Sugar, 3 cup All Purpose Flour, Pinch of salt.
  • Topping: 1 tbsp Cinnamon, 1 tbsp All Purpose Flour, 1 cup Packed Brown Sugar, 16 tbsp Softened Butter.
  • Frosting: 1 ½ cup Powdered Sugar, 2 tsp Vanilla Extract, 4 tbsp Milk, 4 oz Cream Cheese.
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix cake ingredients until creamy and smooth; spread in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Combine topping ingredients; spread over batter and swirl.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
  5. Cool for 30 minutes.
  6. Mix frosting ingredients; spread on warm cake.
