Savory Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

These Savory Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms are a culinary delight, blending the tender earthiness of mushrooms with the rich, sweet flavor of crab meat.   • 12 large mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat, flaked
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and gently hollow out the caps.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  4. In a bowl, combine sautéed onion and garlic, crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stuff the mushroom caps with the crab mixture.
  6. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
