Ingredients:
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- 1 ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- ¼ cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
For the Swirl:
- 2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Unsalted Butter, Melted
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, buttermilk, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer for 3 minutes.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with an offset spatula.
- For the swirl, mix sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the batter.
- Swirl the mixture with a knife for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
