Ingredients:
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; add broccoli in the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and garlic, cooking until shrimp are pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and add Parmesan cheese, stirring until sauce thickens.
